Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
