Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Lakeside Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near St. Louis, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
