Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Yarrow Freight is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with routing software.
