Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Partners and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
