Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Stone Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
