Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak West Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Diego with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
