Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
