Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms is an agricultural business based around Rochester, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
