Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
