Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Greenridge Hollow Freight is a Philadelphia logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
