Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
