Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Ironwood Juniper Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cleveland with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
