Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bright Orchard Inspection Services is an inspection company in Kansas City with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
