Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of loads and lanes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
