Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Nova Cedar Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Cleveland, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
