Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
