Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Yarrow Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
