Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Memphis region, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
