Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Bright Mill Freight is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
