Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
