Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quill Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
