Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Greenridge Fern Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Boise with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
