Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Highbridge Drift Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of carrier rates. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
