Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

Fernwood Bridge Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
