Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Oak Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
