Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
