Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Forge Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
