Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
