Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
