Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Philadelphia, PA)

Bright Fern Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 988 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
