Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Orlando, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
