Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
