Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Associates grows and distributes produce from farms near Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 511 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software.
