Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
