Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Nashville, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
