Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Partners and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
