Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath West Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 370 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
