Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
