Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Memphis, TN)

Amberfield Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
