Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Farms Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
