Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Meridian Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
