Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Farms Group and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
