Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Hollow Farms and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
