Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quill Inspection Services and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
