Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Quill Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cleveland with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
