Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Bridge Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
