Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Orchard Freight is a Boise logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
