Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Boise, ID)

Nova Hollow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Boise, and we need a Senior Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 622 people based in Boise. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
