Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Freight and adding a Senior Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
