Senior Dispatcher - daily route planning (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Austin. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
